This is a standalone SMS Client that does not require an email client. A phone icon will appear in the computer's system tray, usually located in the bottom, right corner of the screen near the clock. Note, that Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or above is required to install this software. Features of winSMS include:- Send SMS
- Reply to Email (you will need an email interface to access these replies)
- Reply to Mobile (Recipient's replies can be directed to the originator's mobile)
- SMS Calendar Reminders
- Long SMS - Messages up to 5 SMS long can be sent
- Send Later - Schedule SMS to be sent at a future time/date
- CC SMS to recipient's email
- Binary Messaging - Operator Logos may be designed or sent to (Nokia-compatible) mobile phones. Business vCards may also be sent as SMS and saved directly into the recipient's mobile phone address book.
It is recommended that when downloading this file, you choose to Save the file rather than Open, then run the Install. |
